Ce principe veut que, lors d\u02bcune pr\u00e9sentation ou d\u02bcune n\u00e9gociation, le courtier soit \u00ab d\u00e9tach\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats \u00bb et qu\u02bcil accepte la possibilit\u00e9 qu\u02bcil n\u02bcobtienne pas la signature.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs courtiers me demandent alors : \u00ab Samir, je ne comprends pas, comment puis-je ne pas \u00eatre attach\u00e9 aux r\u00e9sultats alors que toute ma vie, on m\u02bca enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 gagner, \u00e0 ne pas l\u00e2cher prise, \u00e0 ne pas abandonner, \u00e0 pousser jusqu\u02bc\u00e0 la victoire ? \u00bb Excellente question ! Est-ce que les deux points sont contradictoires ? Pas du tout.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que vendeur, en tant que fonceur, vous vous devez de faire tout en votre pouvoir pour mener \u00e0 bien votre mission : l\u02bcobtention d\u02bcune signature. La meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u02bcobtenir ce que vous d\u00e9sirez est\u2026 de ne pas craindre : de ne pas avoir peur d\u02bc\u00e9chouer. Si un boxeur entre dans le ring et a continuellement peur de recevoir un coup sur le nez\u2026 que pensez-vous qu\u02bcil va lui arriver ? S\u02bcil se concentre sur ce qu\u02bcil ne veut pas qu\u02bcil arrive\u2026 \u00e7a arrivera.<\/p>\n<p>Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, la plupart des courtiers sont angoiss\u00e9s parce qu\u02bcils risquent de perdre. Ils imaginent la commission potentielle s\u02bcenvoler avant m\u00eame d\u02bcavoir obtenu le contrat. Cette crainte les paralyse et les emp\u00eache d\u02bc\u00eatre puissants lors des n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n<p>Une de mes expressions favorites est \u00ab tasse-toi de ton chemin afin que tu puisses faire le travail \u00bb. En \u00e9liminant vos appr\u00e9hensions, vos craintes de ne pas avoir ce que vous ne poss\u00e9dez d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas, vous pourrez vous concentrer sur ce qui est important pour votre client. En fait, la seule mani\u00e8re de gagner, c\u02bcest de ne pas essayer de ne pas perdre.
