Ce constat ne doit pas \u00eatre pris \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re; vous aviez le choix de ne pas rester en immobilier et vous avez choisi de continuer.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a aucun doute que le march\u00e9 actuel est des plus exigeants, vous demandant d\u2019exceller \u00e0 tous les niveaux. Les acheteurs ainsi que les vendeurs sont pr\u00e9sents, mais les transactions sont plus ardues. Je dois vous dire : cela est tout \u00e0 fait normal.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis plusieurs mois, je re\u00e7ois principalement deux types de questions de la part des courtiers immobiliers :<br \/>\nA : Est-ce que le march\u00e9 va bien ?<br \/>\nB : Que dois-je faire afin de\u2026 ?<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re question vise \u00e0 savoir si le march\u00e9 est bon, si les autres courtiers en arrachent aussi, si \u00e7a va aller mieux, etc. En fait, les gens d\u00e9sirent \u00eatre r\u00e9confort\u00e9s et rassur\u00e9s que le ciel ne va pas leur tomber sur la t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me question cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer ce qui doit \u00eatre fait afin de continuer d\u2019avancer. Comment r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 telle objection; comment mieux g\u00e9rer son temps ou tel conflit ? Comment \u00eatre plus puissant lors des n\u00e9gociations ? Comment finaliser une transaction ou encore comment d\u00e9samorcer une situation ?<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re question cherche \u00e0 valider l\u2019inertie et le manque de production, alors que l\u2019autre cherche \u00e0 trouver des possibilit\u00e9s pour arriver \u00e0 ses fins. Quel \u00e9l\u00e9ment principal diff\u00e9rencie les deux types d\u2019intervenants ? La r\u00e9ponse est simple : l\u2019engagement clair et net vers un objectif \u00e9tabli. Autrement dit, les gens du type B savent qu\u2019ils vont r\u00e9ussir, percer, gagner, co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte, et ils avancent continuellement vers leurs buts.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019individu qui choisit son objectif et \u00e9tablit un plan d\u2019action puissant et formidable est absolument inarr\u00eatable ! \u00c0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9, je vous demande : combien de temps pouvez-vous encore continuer \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter toutes sortes de formules qui ne fonctionnent pas ? Vous avez choisi de continuer, r\u00e9alisez ce que vous d\u00e9sirez vraiment\u2026 r\u00e9ussir puissamment !
