C\u02bcest simple, si vous savez quoi dire, comment le dire et quand le dire, vous ne doutez plus de vous-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Un jeune boxeur devra en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re faire des dizaines, voire des centaines de petits combats avant d\u02bcavoir la chance de combattre \u00ab un champion \u00bb. Un athl\u00e8te s\u02bcexercera pendant des semaines et des mois, voire des ann\u00e9es afin de se perfectionner, afin d\u02bcam\u00e9liorer ses performances de quelques secondes ou quelques centim\u00e8tres. \u00c0 l\u02bcoppos\u00e9, la majorit\u00e9 des courtiers immobiliers sont lanc\u00e9s dans l\u02bcar\u00e8ne avec un permis encore tout chaud. Ils n\u02bcapprennent pas, ne s\u02bcexercent pas et ne ma\u00eetrisent pas. Ils ne sont pas form\u00e9s pour le faire, bien au contraire, le syst\u00e8me les encourage \u00e0 foncer tout droit.<\/p>\n<p>Les statistiques nous d\u00e9montrent que les courtiers immobiliers font en moyenne entre 8 et 12 transactions par ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, Qu\u00e9bec, Toronto, Vancouver, Miami et Minneapolis. Bref, partout en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Toutefois, \u00e0 elle seule, la moyenne est impr\u00e9cise; elle est le simple r\u00e9sultat du nombre total de transactions divis\u00e9 par le nombre de d\u00e9tenteurs de permis. Une analyse plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e nous donne des r\u00e9sultats qui sont plut\u00f4t aux antipodes, avec d\u02bcun c\u00f4t\u00e9, un faible pourcentage de courtiers immobiliers obtenant annuellement plus de 50 transactions, et \u00e0 l\u02bcautre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, ceux qui peinent \u00e0 survivre. Ce dernier groupe, malheureusement, comprend la tr\u00e8s vaste majorit\u00e9 des courtiers.
