Peut-\u00eatre souffrez-vous du syndrome de la perfection. Vous connaissez ? Il faut absolument que tout soit parfait avant que vous tentiez l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sinon vous n\u2019y allez pas.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9pondez \u00e0 ceci : bas\u00e9 sur ce principe de perfection, honn\u00eatement, quels sont les accomplissements que vous avez atteints ou r\u00e9ussis durant votre vie personnelle et professionnelle, mais plus important encore, combien d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s avez-vous laiss\u00e9es filer \u00ab parce que vous n\u2019\u00e9tiez pas encore 100 % pr\u00eat ?<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, je ne vous recommande pas de vous lancer dans des aventures alors que vous \u00eates totalement inepte ou incomp\u00e9tent, mais de bien comprendre que vous risquez plus \u00e0 laisser passer les occasions que de \u00ab tenter l\u2019exercice \u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental ici est que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9ritable s\u2019acquiert sur le terrain et non pas dans la th\u00e9orie. Apprendre \u00e0 faire de la bicyclette se fait sur le terrain; je ne peux pas expliquer et enseigner ce qu\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, l\u2019enfant (ou l\u2019adulte) doit exp\u00e9rimenter, tester et surtout \u00e9chouer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il saisisse le concept de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, la comp\u00e9tence \u00e0 prospecter et n\u00e9gocier ainsi que tous les aspects de la vente s\u2019acqui\u00e8rent \u00e0 \u00eatre sur le terrain. Si vous demeurez th\u00e9orique et en attente de parfaire votre expertise, vous n\u2019y arriverez pas. Heureusement pour vous vos parents avaient saisi ce principe et vous remettaient sur votre v\u00e9lo m\u00eame apr\u00e8s \u00eatre tomb\u00e9s plusieurs fois.<\/p>\n<p>Une introspection vous r\u00e9v\u00e9lera peut-\u00eatre que \u00ab j\u2019aime que \u00e7a soit parfait \u00bb cache en v\u00e9rit\u00e9 une peur, une peur d\u2019\u00e9chouer ou de mal para\u00eetre.
