Qu\u2019elle devient impossible \u00e0 oublier. Et surtout\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019elle d\u00e9clenche une action.<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui colle gagne. Ce qui glisse se perd.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un monde satur\u00e9 d\u2019informations, le d\u00e9fi n\u2019est plus d\u2019avoir quelque chose \u00e0 dire.<br \/>\n* \u27a2 Tout le monde parle.<br \/>\n* \u27a2 Tout le monde publie.<br \/>\n* \u27a2 Tout le monde \u201cexplique\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mais tr\u00e8s peu de gens laissent une trace. Le facteur de m\u00e9morisation, c\u2019est ce petit d\u00e9tail qui transforme un message ordinaire en message marquant.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce qui fait qu\u2019un client, apr\u00e8s une rencontre, ne se dit pas : \u00ab Il avait l\u2019air gentil. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mais plut\u00f4t : \u00ab C\u2019est lui. C\u2019est exactement ce qu\u2019il me faut. \u00bb<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>En immobilier, la comp\u00e9tence ne suffit pas.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00eatre extr\u00eamement comp\u00e9tent.<br \/>\nVous pouvez conna\u00eetre le march\u00e9 mieux que quiconque.<br \/>\nVous pouvez avoir une exp\u00e9rience immense.<br \/>\nMais si votre message ne colle pas\u2026 vous devenez interchangeable.<br \/>\nLe march\u00e9 ne r\u00e9compense pas uniquement ce que vous savez.<\/p>\n<p>Il r\u00e9compense ce que vous \u00eates capable de communiquer avec clart\u00e9, impact et intention. Un courtier qui ma\u00eetrise son facteur de m\u00e9morisation ne cherche pas \u00e0 impressionner.<br \/>\n* \u27a2 Il cherche \u00e0 \u00eatre compris.<br \/>\n* \u27a2 Il ne parle pas plus\u2026<br \/>\n* \u27a2 Il parle mieux.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Le client ne se souvient pas de tout. Il se souvient de l\u2019essentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Posez-vous la question :<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que le client retient vraiment apr\u00e8s vous avoir rencontr\u00e9?<br \/>\n* \u27a2<br \/>\nVotre carte d\u2019affaires?<br \/>\n* \u27a2<br \/>\nVos ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience?<br \/>\n* \u27a2<br \/>\nVos statistiques?<br \/>\n* \u27a2<br \/>\nVotre discours complet?<\/p>\n<p>Non.
