En fait, la majorit\u00e9 des vendeurs, qu\u2019ils soient courtiers immobiliers ou dans d\u2019autres domaines, \u00e9valuent leurs performances en termes de dollars gagn\u00e9s. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les banni\u00e8res qui d\u00e9terminent les diff\u00e9rents niveaux de r\u00e9ussite (troph\u00e9es) en comparant les niveaux de ventes.<\/p>\n<p>Bref pour la majorit\u00e9 c\u2019est ainsi que la roue tourne. Comment faire \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, pour am\u00e9liorer vos r\u00e9sultats ? S\u2019agit-il de simplement vendre plus ?<\/p>\n<p>Comment pourrait-on mieux \u00e9valuer les performances, et surtout les rendements, plus sp\u00e9cifiquement les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices et la rentabilit\u00e9 de vos d\u00e9marches. En fait, les inscriptions et les ventes obtenues sont le r\u00e9sultat de d\u00e9marches effectu\u00e9es, c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la gestion des processus \u2026 ou les indicateurs cl\u00e9s des performances \u00ab Key Performance Indicators (KPI) \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s de toutes entreprises de vente se mesure \u2026 avec les KPI et non pas avec les contrats sign\u00e9s.
