Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, sur quoi dois-je me concentrer ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Quel beau sujet pour cette semaine ! Peu importe votre mod\u00e8le d\u02bcaffaires, quelle que soit la fa\u00e7on dont vous privil\u00e9giez pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des affaires, voici les normes que vous devez absolument adopter.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 mon succ\u00e8s et au succ\u00e8s des clients de OSE Coaching :<br \/>\n1. Je dois g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles affaires chaque jour\/semaine de travail. Je dois comprendre que les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices que je tire de mon activit\u00e9 sont le r\u00e9sultat des actions pass\u00e9es, et que ce que je fais aujourd\u02bchui aura un impact sur les r\u00e9sultats futurs (dans les 90 \u00e0 120 jours). Ne pas g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles affaires cette semaine (nouveaux prospects, rendez-vous, pr\u00e9sentations, visites avec des acheteurs, etc.) compromet mes b\u00e9n\u00e9fices futurs.<br \/>\n2. Je dois pr\u00e9qualifier 100 % de mes clients&#8230; \u00e0 100 %, sans exception. Je dois prendre conscience que ma plus grande perte de temps et d\u02bcargent d\u00e9coule du fait que je n\u02bcai pas pr\u00e9qualifi\u00e9 les acheteurs et vendeurs potentiels. Pire encore, j\u02bcai parfois effectu\u00e9 une pr\u00e9qualification sommaire et partielle en omettant des questions cl\u00e9s qui me permettraient de bien comprendre les enjeux, les besoins, ainsi que la volont\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 des clients \u00e0 avancer.<br \/>\n3. Je dois suivre mes clients de mani\u00e8re rigoureuse. Je dois reconna\u00eetre l\u02bc\u00e9norme potentiel que je n\u00e9glige en ne faisant pas de suivi de mani\u00e8re m\u00e9thodique. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est que 70 % de mon activit\u00e9 provient de mes suivis ! Ces suivis m\u02bcapportent non seulement davantage de contrats, mais me permettent \u00e9galement de d\u00e9montrer mon professionnalisme et ma pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance \u00e0 mes futurs clients.<br \/>\n4. Je dois effectuer des pr\u00e9sentations percutantes en tout temps. Je dois comprendre que lorsque je propose mes services \u00e0 des vendeurs, je dois \u00eatre convaincant, confiant et comp\u00e9tent. Je dois \u00eatre puissant, \u00e0 la fois physiquement et m\u00e9taphoriquement. Je dois me rendre compte que je n\u02bcaurai pas de deuxi\u00e8me chance pour faire une premi\u00e8re impression.<br \/>\n5. Je dois conclure \u00ab closer \u00bb de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9cisive. Je dois r\u00e9aliser que m\u00eame si ma pr\u00e9sentation est excellente, si je ne suis pas capable de conclure, de demander la signature, je n\u02bcobtiendrai pas le contrat.
